Global Portfolio Trading

BearTrade^®
BearTrade^® is a Windows^®-based order-entry system that routes trades in listed and OTC equities, options, mutual funds, and listed bonds. Delivered through a dedicated circuit or Internet connection, this integrated platform gives clients execution capabilities through exchanges and all leading electronic communication networks (ECNs). Clients can also report trades executed away from Bear Stearns in real time, as well as receive trading day P&L and customized data views.

FIX Network
Bear Stearns FIX Network uses FIX protocol to enable clients to direct orders and information to Bear Stearns and multiple liquidity points, such as domestic exchanges, ECNs and market makers. The experienced FIX team can establish interfaces with a proprietary or third-party order management application. This wide array of connectivity solutions affords clients numerous options and the freedom to choose solutions that best fit their needs. In addition to trading, the FIX Network allows hedge funds to communicate specific instructions to Bear Stearns, including account allocations and more.

FX Execution^®
FX Execution^® offers access to the firm’s 24-hour foreign exchange trading desk, including market access and pricing deals on any amount and currency, spot and forward execution capabilities, reports displaying currency positions and trade history, as well as a wide range of research tools.
